2022年以(yi)(yi)(yi)來(lai),受(shou)疫情影(ying)響(xiang),物流公司(si)市(shi)場化(hua)業務受(shou)到了較大的沖擊,所面臨(lin)的外部(bu)(bu)(bu)市(shi)場環(huan)境越來(lai)越嚴(yan)峻。物流公司(si)二支部(bu)(bu)(bu)在公司(si)黨委的正(zheng)確(que)指(zhi)引下,堅持以(yi)(yi)(yi)習(xi)近(jin)平新時代(dai)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特(te)色(se)社(she)會(hui)主(zhu)義思想為指(zhi)導,學習(xi)習(xi)近(jin)平總書記(ji)關于國(guo)(guo)有(you)(you)企業是中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特(te)色(se)社(she)會(hui)主(zhu)義的重(zhong)要(yao)物質基(ji)礎(chu)和(he)政治基(ji)礎(chu)的重(zhong)要(yao)論述(shu),發揮(hui)黨員先鋒模范和(he)支部(bu)(bu)(bu)的戰斗堡壘作用,打通(tong)“中(zhong)梗阻”,有(you)(you)效(xiao)的克服了各種不利影(ying)響(xiang),較好的完(wan)成了公司(si)下達的任務指(zhi)標。能夠取得以(yi)(yi)(yi)上成績,主(zhu)要(yao)是真正(zheng)達到了以(yi)(yi)(yi)黨建促(cu)業務的良好效(xiao)果。
一、出(chu)真(zhen)招(zhao),尋找(zhao)業務突(tu)破口
根據集團(tuan)(tuan)公司改革三年行動實施方案(an),二支(zhi)部支(zhi)委始終堅(jian)持把政治建(jian)設擺(bai)在首位,充分發揮黨組織戰斗堡壘作用,團(tuan)(tuan)結帶領(ling)二支(zhi)部業務(wu)部門的員工,擔當盡責(ze),善后善為,善作善成,確保(bao)各項目標任務(wu)的完成。2022年以(yi)來,一分(fen)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)、二(er)分(fen)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)、三(san)(san)分(fen)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)按(an)照(zhao)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)下達(da)的各項經營(ying)(ying)指標,謀劃新(xin)(xin)業務(wu),克服新(xin)(xin)難題,一分(fen)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)在(zai)(zai)做好既有工程物(wu)流(liu)業務(wu)的同時,積(ji)極(ji)謀劃新(xin)(xin)的業務(wu)類型(xing),在(zai)(zai)鋼材業務(wu)的基礎上,拓展了(le)瀝青和混凝土等新(xin)(xin)的業務(wu)品類,實現了(le)多條腿走路;二(er)分(fen)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)積(ji)極(ji)拓展南方市場(chang),成功開創(chuang)了(le)單筆營(ying)(ying)收(shou)近億元的大型(xing)商貿物(wu)流(liu)業務(wu),為物(wu)流(liu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)營(ying)(ying)收(shou)做出了(le)巨大貢獻;三(san)(san)分(fen)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)深耕(geng)雄安市場(chang),在(zai)(zai)混凝土領域(yu)站穩(wen)了(le)腳(jiao)跟,使物(wu)流(liu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)從“貿易+物(wu)流(liu)”模式(shi)延(yan)伸(shen)到“生產+貿易+物(wu)流(liu)”的模式(shi),給物(wu)流(liu)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)二(er)次創(chuang)業開了(le)好頭。
二、使真(zhen)勁,加大業務創收能(neng)力(li)
理論(lun)可以促(cu)進實踐。自覺用習(xi)近平(ping)新時(shi)代中國特色社(she)會主義(yi)思想武裝(zhuang)支部(bu)黨員(yuan)的(de)(de)頭腦,找出問(wen)題,提升短板。根據物(wu)流公司黨委(wei)要(yao)(yao)求,二(er)支部(bu)所有員(yuan)工(gong)要(yao)(yao)做(zuo)到(dao)干部(bu)能上能下、收入與業(ye)務(wu)(wu)相掛鉤。為了激發黨員(yuan)和員(yuan)工(gong)的(de)(de)干勁(jing),打通業(ye)務(wu)(wu)壁壘,提高工(gong)作(zuo)效率(lv),二(er)支部(bu)的(de)(de)所有部(bu)門,從(cong)干部(bu)到(dao)員(yuan)工(gong),均嚴格按照工(gong)作(zuo)業(ye)績進行(xing)考核,“干的好,掙(zheng)得多”已經成(cheng)為二支部所(suo)有黨員和群眾的共(gong)識。為公司深化改(gai)革,做(zuo)大做(zuo)強國(guo)有企業,打破“中梗(geng)阻”,實(shi)現(xian)高質量發(fa)展,打下了(le)堅實(shi)基礎。
三、動真情,激發員(yuan)工活力(li)
人才是公(gong)司發展的根(gen)本。二支(zhi)部嚴格落(luo)實“三會一課”制(zhi)度,強化干(gan)部職工(gong)的(de)(de)黨(dang)建學習,培養復合(he)型人(ren)才隊伍。二(er)支(zhi)部各(ge)部門重(zhong)視人(ren)才任(ren)用(yong)(yong),充(chong)分(fen)發(fa)揮(hui)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)價值和團隊力量(liang)。嚴格按照以下(xia)原則:一是用(yong)(yong)人(ren)上,注(zhu)重(zhong)人(ren)崗匹配,通(tong)過(guo)人(ren)才盤點(dian)清晰(xi)部門人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)優勢和不足(zu),用(yong)(yong)長避(bi)短,充(chong)分(fen)發(fa)揮(hui)每個員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)的(de)(de)價值。二(er)是激(ji)勵(li)(li)與工(gong)作(zuo)掛鉤,綜合(he)運用(yong)(yong)物質(zhi)激(ji)勵(li)(li)和精(jing)神激(ji)勵(li)(li),激(ji)發(fa)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)工(gong)作(zuo)積(ji)極性,激(ji)活組(zu)織(zhi),給員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)發(fa)揮(hui)價值、熱(re)情和正(zheng)能量(liang)的(de)(de)平臺。在發(fa)展預備黨(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和積(ji)極分(fen)子的(de)(de)時候,二(er)支(zhi)部支(zhi)委會以業務(wu)為導(dao)向,重(zhong)點(dian)發(fa)展思(si)想要求進步、業務(wu)能力強的(de)(de)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong),發(fa)揮(hui)黨(dang)組(zu)織(zhi)的(de)(de)模范帶頭作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),激(ji)發(fa)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)的(de)(de)活力。
二支部身處物流公司業務(wu)一線,為了能(neng)夠在競爭紅海(hai)中闖出一片(pian)天(tian)地,實現國有企業的保值增值目標,每個黨員都要(yao)凝心聚力,謀共贏,促(cu)發展,為物流公司的發展做出一份貢獻。
